Katy Grace home portraits are created by Katherine Mitchell Knowles. Katherine lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children. She is a landscape painter, real estate agent and illustrator. She started creating home portraits after the closing of their first home. She quickly realized how emotionally attached a family can become to their home, and began to create paintings to help honor those memories. These paintings make a great impression for real estate closings, and are perfect for the buyer or seller.

Please Note-
I will need a clear photograph emailed to me after initial contact (multiple views are encouraged). If you are a real estate agent please send me the address and closing date. Payment is due when the painting is commissioned and please allow a two to three week turn around time. I will not include pets or people in the home portraits. Framing is included in the painting cost, it will be a black frame with white mat 16" X 20". I am happy to ship, but there will be a $25 shipping fee. Please email me with any requests or questions.
